I read your story in one go - well it took a couple of days, but without reading anything else. :)
What an awesome fic! I really, really loved it. The premise was amazingly original and I was in total fear the first few chapters that Sam was going to bury Dean or something like that.
Loved Sam's reaction to everything and it just made me all warm inside. It's the way they're supposed to be.
At last, they got everything out into the open between them and no more secrets. I knew Sam had to be around there somewhere at the barn. Dean wasn't going to be doing any sneaking out after all they'd agreed to and been through. Nope.
Really...awesome fic, awesomely done. :)

That was brilliant, just about nailed everything that was going on with the added bonus of Sam actually getting it before it was too late, seeing him actually care for and apologize and be open with Dean, and still with Ruby dead by both their hands. Author's Response:Well, I can't claim the psychic thing since the epilogue was written after I saw the season finale. But honestly, there couldn't be any other way than them killing Ruby off together.

I actually never planned on writing this epilogue until most my reviewers literally demanded some resolution to the Ruby-storyline. And I was deliberating to and fro how to get rid of her, and what should happen - and in the end the only possibility was going to be that Sam and Dean were going to kill her together. It just didn't work in any other way.

you do such a great job of getting inside the characters heads, youv'e got all thier voices down perfectly( even when Dean didn't have a voice!) excellent job, can't wait for the epilogue

I was reading this on the other site,kept looking to see if you had updated, then i remembered that sometimes your stories are further along on this site and i just could't wait.
Just read chapters 3 to 6, brilliant, the tension was killing me waiting for Sam to see that Dean was alive, i'm loving this story, i can't wait for the next part.

I thought I would drop by your site and read this chapter again, not that I haven't read it a couple of times since you posted it, but I've enjoyed reading this story.
The first few chapters were so tense as Sam thought Dean had died again. Loved the scene when Dean waited, willed Sam to hold his hand over his heart long enough for his little brother to know he was alive.
Of course this chapter, it was perfect that Dean could only 'speak' with his eyes as we know Dean/Jensen does for us on the show.
Well, I'll let you get back to writing the next chapter. Just thought I would say thanks again for sharing your story with us.

Wonderful! Finally the chapter I’ve been waiting for and thinking about over all others. Sorry it took me so long to leave a review I read it the day it came out but didn't have time to leave a review cause I was late for work. fantastic story. Love Bobby watching the home shopping channel! Sam is just scary with his powers and poor Dean having to lie there and listen to Ruby saying that Sam would be relieved if Dean wasn't around, there had to an element of truth for Sam to have reacted so strongly.
